If we deem necessary to pursue legal action due to the result of your abuse to our database system, users, affiliates, service providers and employees you will pay for all Liquidated Damages deemed appropriate, Legal and Court Fees besides our set fee of $500.00 for each violation to our terms of use. We will give you a warning but not obligated to do so, prior to assessing legal action.
The resale of event tickets is regulated in many states. In addition to state laws, rules and regulations, many municipalities and other local jurisdictions restrict or regulate ticket resale. Some laws limit markups above face value of the ticket; others restrict sales relating to particular events; others restrict certain sales to licensed brokers.
